許忠信：教育部出國考察報告 涉抄襲

台聯立委許忠信指出，教育部國教署今年3月以「教育旅行」名稱，帶領60位高中職校長前往日本考察6天，回國後撰寫的報告，近半數是抄襲，身為教育者卻做不良示範。教育部國教署高中職教育組副組長蔡志明回應，針對報告雷同現象，會要求改進。

許忠信表示，該考察行程共有5份報告，去除行程與團員名字，內容共3萬7852字，就有1萬4047字抄襲，抄襲對象包括維基百科、新紀元周刊、部落格和旅遊網。
