邱文達：退貨求償爭議 一定會解決

食安問題延燒，衛生福利部部長邱文達上午表示，會繼續嚴查重罰，也會把1101油安專案完成，擴大到其他食品的查核。已查完166家油廠，有270幾個樣本，全部檢驗完畢後，會將不正常的部分，請當地衛生局查察。

至於消費者的退貨求償問題，邱文達說，今天行政院會跨部會討論，一定會解決！
