【動新聞】整修祖墳土地　男遭怪手壓死

【胡治言／綜合報導】新竹一男子為開小型挖土機整修祖墳週邊土地，卻因山坡地勢傾斜，挖土機不慎側翻，男子遭挖土機壓住，送醫後宣告不治。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，警方調查，男子田有枝(69歲)的祖墳位在新埔鎮上樟路山區，為整修祖墳週邊土地，昨開小型挖土機上山施工，因山坡地勢傾斜，挖土機不慎側翻，他整個人遭挖土機壓住，一旁幫忙的兒子趕緊報案求助，警消將人拉出，送醫因多處骨折、胸部挫傷，急救後宣告不治。
