取締廟會推責任 謝龍介不滿 http://www.cdns.com.tw/20131029/news/ncxw/733600002013102817533857.htm 　記者林雪娟／台南報導 　 北區三山國王廟日前舉辦遶境活動，成為市府成立稽查小組後， 第一個重點示範案件，雖然市民開心，但信徒卻相當不以為然， 甚至直指日前在議事殿堂質詢的議員謝龍介不敬廟事；謝龍介表 示，小組稽查應該訂出明確規範，在信徒和市民之間取得平衡， 而非坐收漁翁之利，卻把責任推給關心的議員扛。 　 謝龍介日前在議事堂內播放廟會新聞，要求市府制定規範，如晚 間十時候不要燃放鞭炮，因為噪音影響居民生活，不過這項關心 ，他認為遭到市府汙衊，原來三山國王廟舉辦遶境活動，稽查小 組如影隨行，不准沿途燃放鞭炮，信徒詢問，竟有人答稱是呼應 議員謝龍介日前質詢所致，讓謝龍介背負罵名，選民電話接不完 。 　 謝龍介表示，他質詢重點乃要求晚間十時候不要再燃放鞭放，以 免擾民，怎會成為他要求不得沿路燃放，且市府開立罰單，表示 市府已訂定明確規範，不該推托到他身上，「有膽立法、無膽說 明」，害他選民電話接不完，質疑是他從中阻撓，他要求市府相 關單位應該盡速對外公開說明遊戲規則，不但和廟方溝通，也需 讓信徒了解，不要市府在後方執法，享受市民掌聲，卻將議員推 到第一線上，背負廟方、信徒的指責。 　 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 109.224.20.138
