【短片】花檢監聽有譯文　綠委：特偵說謊

【蘇聖怡／台北報導】民進黨立委尤美女周一揭露花蓮地檢署2007年偵辦前立委唐碧娥涉貪瀆案時，監聽過立院節費電話「0972」並有譯文；民進黨團今出示唐碧娥案相關編號96號證據譯文顯示，受監聽電話「0972630235」，於2007年5月30日由與本案無關的林姓立委在立院撥出電話給該案蔡姓關係人，譯文可產出，證明節費電話可被監聽。尤美女批評特偵說謊，要求法務部、特偵組不要再拗了！

民進黨團書記長吳秉叡也出示唐碧娥案的通聯調閱查詢單，清楚顯示0972節費電話的戶籍地址為濟南路一段1號，帳單地址為立院庶務科，佐以相關譯文，顯示不可能不知道為立院節費電話，且都是法院卷宗，不會亂寫造假。

立委劉櫂豪痛批，譯文已戳破特偵組謊言，法務部長應道歉，並撤回沒有公信力的調查報告。黨團幹事長高志鵬質疑，為何花檢可產出譯文，特偵組卻是空白光碟，6年前可監聽，6年後卻不行，高強調，一定追查到底，不容蒙混。
