嚴明：P-3C可巡弋南海　不會自我設限

【王烱華／台北報導】國防部長嚴明上午表示，國軍所採購的P-3C反潛機除了可降落在南沙太平島外，因此已規劃P-3C前往南海巡弋，並不會自我設限，不到南海巡弋。

國民黨立委林郁方上午在外交國防委員會中質詢嚴明指出，我國所購買的P-3C是否會「自我設限」不到南海巡弋，嚴明答詢指出，P-3C可在空中滯留12至17小時，就算到太平島上空都還可以滯留5至6小時。空軍將研議在C-130H運輸機執行人道救援時，由P-3C採取掩護的措施。
