風勢強勁　「黃色小鴨」充氣行動再延

不敵強勢風力，「黃色小鴨」充氣行動一延再延。桃園縣政府文化局長張壯謀在今（23）日上午表示，由於風勢遠超過黃色小鴨充氣所需的安全範圍，因此在經工作人員評估後，決定下午6點過後，再評估是否再次進行充氣行動。

桃園縣政府文化局長張壯謀表示，如果今晚風勢依舊強勁，在安全考量下，不排除將延至到明、後天再進行「黃色小鴨」的充氣行動，一切以安全為優先考量。

原本預定在昨天下午就要完成的「黃色小鴨」充氣行動，因風勢關係而受阻，相關工作人員在今日清晨再度進行充氣行動，但現場風勢卻依舊有7級以上，因此決定在次延後，待下午6點過後再決定是否進行充氣。
