衛福部食品藥物管理署公布「食品過敏原標示規定」草案，針對國人常見的6大類過敏食物︰蝦、蟹、芒果、花生、牛奶和蛋，規定市售包裝食品若含有這些過敏食物，必須在包裝強制標示「本產品含可能導致過敏症狀成分」，供消費者選購參考，新制預計104年7月起實施，違規業者可依法處罰3萬至15萬元。（記者黃以敬）
