別的地方看到的 照貼過來...跪求神人解答，感謝。 因甲跟公司有簽一份合同， 內容有寫未滿1個月內表現不優，願意自願離職，且同意薪資降低。 公司要甲10/1離職，當天公司即刻退保，但有給多3天薪資(到10/4)。 雖然已經簽了自願離職，甲可以訴求非自願離職嗎？這樣還能爭取資遣費？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.134.45.225
