小弟我最近有在考慮換工作 藉著特休去面試了兩間 近期得到兩份offer，想請教版上的各位大大 公司 大立光 (現公司) 友達(台中廠) 矽品(大豐廠) 職缺 產線助理工程師 自動化課工程師 製造三部工程師 待遇 N-5 N+2 N-1 住所 騎車40min 騎車40min 住宿 福利 15個月底薪 14個月 14個月 (有分紅) 工時 7點50 ~21UP 8 ~18 ? 8~17 ? 17以後算加班? 做六休一 (主管是這麼說的) 有時平日可以選一天早走 目前只拿到友達跟矽品的offer 大立光真的蠻累的 所以小弟我真的蠻想換一間比較有生活的公司 只是大立光一年待下來年薪可以到70以上 這也讓我猶豫不決 不知道去了另外兩間會不會一樣操 錢反而沒這麼多了 想請教版上的大大們 這兩間的風氣如何 還有操的程度是否跟錢成正比 今天下午要去南科GG面試設備 希望一切順利阿!!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 122.118.230.140
