標題[請問] 跟外國人離婚

請問 我查了離婚規定 一般來說是 1.簽離婚協議書 2.到戶籍地戶政事務所辦理戶籍遷出 但我的問題是 我老婆不是台灣人 是香港人 而且我們常年住在香港 我老婆跟本沒有遷入我家的戶籍 請問是不是可以簽個聲明書 由我全權代理辦理事宜就好? 還是一定要我老婆去戶政事務所辦理? 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 203.210.5.21
