選資遣比較好,至少有一點點錢可以拿,何樂而不為? 因為你太年輕了,沒什麼資歷,所以其實選擇自裁,或被資遣,對你幫助不大, 真正有幫助的是,有人在同一間公司做了十年,老闆卻要他自請離職,不然就調金門, 這種才有去法院告的價值(畢竟資遣費太多了,又要領失業救濟金,所以再怎麼樣, 有年資的人,也不能自請辭職). 以上的案例是我以前待的某公司,自己親身遇到同事被逼退的案例,當時那個同事是經理, 但是他是選自請離職,因為該公司是以告人,"訟棍",出名的, 所以那位經理也知道很難拿到遣散費. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.223.91.15
