爭風吃醋搶女友　8少年毆打死人

【胡治言／綜合報導】台南市徐姓少年的友人，因追求一名少女與鄭姓高中生起嫌隙，遭鄭男打傷住院，徐少為替友人出氣約鄭男談判，吆喝同伴動手把落單鄭打破頭，送醫不治。

《蘋果》報導，檢警昨相驗，鄭姓學生（18歲）頭部遭鈍器重擊、頭骨破裂致死。警方根據遺留現場機車車牌查出徐姓少年涉案，昨上午逮徐嫌等8人，徐嫌到案坦承，找人要教訓鄭，案發時有用手推倒鄭，並大聲喊打，但他沒有動手，是其他同伴打的。警方訊後依殺人等罪移送地檢署。
