疑救火吸過多濃煙　英勇義消殉職

【胡治言／綜合報導】新竹縣一場空地廢棄物火警，竟造成一名有13年經驗的義消殉職。

《蘋果》報導，關西義消分隊隊員張紹誠前天下午，支援坪林大橋旁廢棄物火警的救火工作，疑因在下風處滅火時，吸入濃煙身體不適，熱血的他喝幾口水、休息幾分鐘後繼續救災，硬撐到火勢撲滅才跟大夥回隊部，返家後呼吸困難，他打電話向消防隊求救，救護車送醫途中，他掐脖呼救：「我無法呼吸了！」救護員電擊急救，到院仍不治。

南門醫院急診室醫師王少谷說，這名義消在救災時可能吸入濃煙，加上在現場奔跑，搶拉水線救火，有可能誘發心因性疾病（心血管疾病），當事人若未警覺，旁人又沒將他立即送醫，發生猝死機會極高。關西義消分隊小隊長羅仁泰難過說：「這麼熱心的好兄弟，怎會這樣就走了！」
