離婚工程師性衝動 電影院伸鹹手送辦

竹科一名劉姓工程師，在鬧區電影院看電影，卻對鄰座女學生的大腿伸出鹹豬手，被害人被嚇哭，男友報警把這名長相斯文、駕駛賓士車的工程師逮捕。工程師偵訊時坦承犯行，向警方供稱自己離婚多年，經常克制不住而出現脫序行為。警方發現劉姓男子已經有兩次前科，偵訊後移送法辦。　(彭清仁報導)

竹科一名卅九歲的劉姓工程師，到電影院看電影，卻對鄰座的女大學生伸出鹹豬手，被害人嚇得向一旁的男友哭訴，男友憤而質問劉姓工程師，劉姓工程師則辯稱不小心碰到被害人的大腿，男友於是向警方報案，將劉姓工程師帶回警局訊問。

警方發現劉姓工程師長像斯文，又以賓士車代步，不像是登徒子。劉姓工程師在警局偵訊時供稱，已離婚多年，又沒有女朋友，常無法克制性衝動；警方也發現劉姓工程師已有兩次類似前科，今年五月底在一家戲院內，甚至當眾手淫，並伸手摸一旁女觀眾的大腿外側，劉姓工程師後來被法官依公然猥褻罪名，判處拘役五十九天。另外，劉姓工程師另涉及一起性騷擾案件，事後與對方和解，對方撤回刑事告訴。全案警方在偵訊後，則是依性騷擾防制法罪嫌移送法辦。台大醫院竹東分院精神科醫師蘇柏文表示，類似劉姓工程師衝動控制困難上的案例，還是應該及早尋求專業的醫療協助，才能真正解決問題。
