各位前輩請幫小弟做肇責分析: 我在行經國道1號期間正常駕駛，前方車主輾到爆胎輪胎皮噴到我車頭前面， 當時無法閃避結果撞上去，導致我車頭受損，我有行車紀錄器當證據畫面清晰， 車牌也拍的很清楚，請問他需負擔幾成的肇事理賠責任??? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 218.35.193.8
