台南市20日凌晨發生兩派青少年鬥毆，其中1名鄭姓少年寡不敵眾，遭徐姓少年以棍棒擊中頭部，造成頭骨破裂，傷重死亡。

一名綽號「阿海」的少年與鄭姓少年有糾紛而遭兩度痛毆，鄭姓少年還在網路謊稱阿海友人徐姓少年「要拿刀殺我」，引發徐姓少年不滿，雙方20日凌晨約在台南市東區復興國中前談判。

警方說，徐姓少年是永康區飆車族成員，找來40多人，東區一帶的飆車族成員的鄭姓少年一派約有20多人，雙方一言不合打了起來。鄭姓少年一派見對方人多勢眾，紛紛鳥獸散，落單的鄭姓少年寡不敵眾，被打到頭骨破裂，傷重不治。

警方表示，目前僅徐姓少年到案，徐姓少年說當時毆打鄭姓少年約10多人，他自己則未動手。警方將繼續追查其他涉案人士，以釐清案情。
