標題[請益] 試用期調薪遇到公司有變動？

大家好～ 本人三個月前剛換到現在的公司 面試時有提到試用期後會調薪 因為滿三個月時剛好是月中 也就是說我要在12月初領薪水時才會知道是否有調薪 若是到時候沒有調的話我也打算主動詢問這樣 但是現在公司有點變動 就是11月的時候某部分的業務會移交到另一個公司 也就是說連勞健保那些也會換過去 上班地點也有更換 那這樣的話 待遇方面是不是應該先跟老闆確認呢？ 我很想直接問但不知道怎麼提才比較好？ 因為這樣的狀況真是頭一遭真的很需要高手們來幫忙～或是像這樣的狀況是不是應該有其它事情要問清楚？ 基本上來工作的這三個月滿愉快且也覺得是可以繼續待下去 雖然公司不大但人事跟工作都還令人愉快這樣 （手機發文排版不順請見諒） -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 106.65.83.198
