假油風波　立委提修法增刑責

【黃揚明／台北報導】國內食品安全亮紅燈，近期接連發生胖達人麵包宣稱天然但添加人工香精、山水米混充米、大統假油等食品安全事件。台聯立委葉津鈴表示，業者若是沒添加禁用添加物，依現行《食品衛生管理法》僅有行政罰，為避免業者心存僥倖，她將提案修《食品衛生管理法》，若以劣質品混充優質品出售獲致不正當利益，將比照《刑法》詐欺罪求處6月以上、5年以下有期徒刑，並得併科200萬元罰金。

葉津鈴表示，雖然檢察官已依民生詐欺罪偵辦，但現行法令以劣質品混充高價品，只有行政罰，即使行政罰鍰大幅提高，商人似乎只怕關、不怕罰。葉津鈴說，修法提案上周已獲17位立委連署，本周將正式提案。
