伸手要不到錢　無業逆抓狂打母

【林海全╱台中報導】台中一名無業的江姓男子〈38歲〉，今年8月毆打60多歲的母親，江母憤而申請保護令，沒想到他不知悔改，今天凌晨三點多，返家把睡夢中的母親叫醒，要了3800元，花完之後再度返家，開口要20萬元，江母表示沒錢，他竟抓狂出手毆打母親頭部、小腿，江母擔心安危報警，警方訊後，依違反保護令、傷害移送法辦。
 
江男遭逮後，坦承向母親要錢，但否認騷擾、毆打母親；江母表示，被兒子打造成頭、腳紅腫，無法原諒，因此堅持提告。
