蔡英文:總統欠大家一個道歉

民進黨先輩余登發逝世廿四周年，財團法人八卦寮文教基金會今晚在高雄仁武區八卦寮上帝宮坦廣場，以紀念音樂會緬懷，民進黨歷任黨主席，包括許信良、謝長廷、蔡英文、陳菊均到場。

對現今政局動盪感觸良多，謝長廷認為，國家政局不安、體制崩壞，總統要負最大責任；蔡英文認為，總統還欠大家一個道歉。
