西濱公路到底何時全線通車?

一般人會這樣問，不是指一般那種和一般省道和縣道共用的路段
樓主要問的應該是西濱"快速道路。
像是應該是指通車路段，最高車速可上70的路段，
完整一點的，如新屋到八里高架，中部清水高架那邊的可到90。
要達到"快速"道路，有獨立主線，還要很久很久。

公路總局已列的施工和改善計劃就約 90km 了。
