標題[請益] 這邊有使用過ATE測試機台的前輩嗎?

最近去CIC的混訊ATE測試機台量測 發現在量測PLL輸出訊號時 電腦上面都看得到33MHz 50MHz 的輸出頻率 可是從板子拉線出示波器33MHz看的到，50MHz卻沒訊號出來了 有人有遇過這種問題麻? 這種問題真的好奇怪 我想說這邊可能有業界的前輩比較多經驗，想說請教一下 感謝了!!! 感覺應該也很少人用ATE機台 還拉線用示波器看的吧? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.169.118.91
