中興新村萬人健走

【高堂堯／南投報導】南投市公所和台灣體育總會等單位合力舉辦全國萬人健走大會，今天上午在中興新村大操場登場，現場湧入超過來自全國各地的2萬名參與民眾；副總統吳敦義出席鳴槍後，眾人從終點線一湧而出，拉出長長5公里人龍，中興新村的林蔭大道間頓時充滿陽光、人氣和歡笑。

75歲陳姓阿嬤牽著身材圓滾的愛犬一起來健走，直呼：「牠太胖了！所以待他出來運動！」廖姓夫婦則帶著3名子女一起來曬太陽、流汗，小朋友直說「很開心」、「很快樂」；主辦單位配合舉辦園遊會、抽獎活動，大會在中午一點左右順利結束。
