特偵組不只監聽民進黨立委柯建銘、高檢署檢察官林秀濤，還監聽林秀濤12歲的女兒，引發濫權監聽疑慮。10點半特偵組將召開記者會，說明監聽疑雲。

稍後11點，柯建銘也將召開記者會，指控特偵組違法濫權監聽，全立院都遭到特偵組監聽。
