兩肋插刀詐6千萬　失業男險慘死越南

【綜合報導】高雄市一名經營越南色情按摩店起家的男子黃登凱（56歲，有妨害風化等前科），因投資失利，今年2度誘騙一名結識10年的失業男子方賢鐸（61歲，有偽造文書前科）到越南旅遊，砍傷他詐保金，在方男兩肋各捅一刀險慘死。保險公司認為有異報案，失業男因擔心遭不測，向警坦承配合詐保。

黃登凱今年4月誘騙方賢鐸到越南旅遊，威脅對方讓他砍傷，在他左背劃下30公分長傷口，返台後黃嫌覺得傷勢太輕，再補劃1刀加深傷口，以「赴越投資土地，路上遭不明人士行搶砍傷」為由，謊稱是歹徒割斷包包皮帶時劃傷背部，順利申請到18萬元理賠金。

7月黃男再度帶方男到越南且投保6000萬元巨額保險，失業男配合到醫院打麻醉針，醒來才發現兩肋各被捅一刀，引發氣胸差點慘死異鄉。

黃嫌7月時再帶方嫌赴越南，到醫院打針迷昏他後，疑刺傷其兩側腋下。
