據日本新聞網報導，駐扎在京都府基地的一名中年的自衛隊軍官，因為與酒吧裡的一名大陸小姐假結婚，遭到京都府警察本部的逮捕。但是，警方在搜查了這位大陸小姐打工的酒吧後，懷疑這是一個大陸的情報機構。

根據海外網報導，京都府警察本部稱，被逮捕的自衛官是陸上自衛隊的軍官，今年53歲。這位單身男人常去一家大陸人媽咪開的酒吧喝酒，並與店裡的大陸小姐熱絡，與其中一位渴望拿到『日本人配偶』簽證的大陸小姐(32歲)辦理了假結婚。入國管理局在調查中發現，兩人事實上並沒有生活在一個屋簷下，事實婚姻並不存在，因此以『公正證書原本不實記載和使用』罪，在今年6月將自衛官和這名大陸小姐逮捕。

由於自衛官和大陸小姐涉案身份特殊，因此，京都府警察本部懷疑是否涉及軍事諜報工作。調查結果顯示，這位自衛官並沒有向大陸小姐透露什麼軍事情報。但是，警方繼而懷疑這些大陸小姐收集日本企業技術情報，充當技術間諜。

日本產經新聞今日報導說，京都府警察本部對這家位於京都最繁華的地段——祗園的大陸酒吧進行了搜查，並一度羈押了經營這一家高級酒吧的大陸媽咪。調查結果稱，至少有5家京都大企業的幹部和技術人員經常出入這一家酒吧，每次消費每人都在2萬日元以上。有的人還將技術圖紙提供給了大陸小姐看。這家店有7、8位大陸小姐。

報導說，這家店媽咪的親屬是大陸共產黨的幹部，酒吧本身是大陸當局的情報活動據點的可能性也有。但是媽咪否認了這一種懷疑，認為來店都是客，酒吧不可能從事間諜活動。
