嘉義基督教醫院嘉義市居服中心服務員陳蘭英投入照護工作10多年，到宅服務雖曾被誤會為小偷，她一點不以為意，抱著服務熱忱幫行動不便的照護者洗澡、換藥、復健等，認為「人生百態在居家服務完全體會到了」，樂在其中的服務精神，獲得全國最佳服務員樂服銀獎，10月將北上接受表揚，嘉基醫院院長陳誠仁讚賞她的服務態度，表示是實至名歸。
