法庭建議馬王和解 王金平：謝謝美意

國民黨提出抗告，昨天下午開庭，馬王鬥法持續交鋒。高院審判長魏麗娟勸雙方和解，王金平表示，謝謝庭上美意，國民黨內已經有人表達立場，堅持司法訴訟進行中不可能和解，那目前狀況就是如此。

媒體問，是否能接受「退一步就是向前」的說法，王金平說，人生本來就是如此，只是目前一切依照程序走，暗示沒有和解空間。

立法院長王金平今天被詢及與中國國民黨和解時表示，謝謝法庭的美意，國民黨沒有這方面考量，大家一切依程序走。

台灣高等法院昨天審理國民黨對立法院長王金平假處分提抗告案，審判長魏麗娟勸雙方為國家著想，各退一步和解，「退步原來是向前」。

王金平上午主持立法院院會審計部審計長林慶隆人事同意權案投票，會前媒體詢問，怎麼看審判長的建議？王金平說，謝謝法庭上的美意。

媒體詢問，總統馬英九說國民黨與王金平的訴訟已經進行，無法馬上停；王金平說，國民黨的意思是這樣，大家按程序走。
