曾任節目《大學生了沒》固定班底的龜臉（楊志祥），26日凌晨因酒醉毆打計程車司機，並踹凹其車門，被警方帶回警局，不料在警局時他仍不斷咆哮，甚至作勢毆打警員，最後被警方強制上銬，依妨害公務偵辦。

26歲的通告藝人龜臉，日前在網路上宣布擔任知名夜店「Babe18」公關，不料才剛上班不久就惹事。警方調查，龜臉於26日凌晨下班後，原由一位女性友人要攔計程車送他返家，但兩人在臥龍街超商外時，龜臉因喝太多當場嘔吐。

而當龜臉看見計程車停在超商前，進到超商詢問陳姓司機「要不要載我」，陳姓司機因正在儲值eTag，向其表示正在辦事情，請他等一下，之後龜臉走出超商後再度折返，不僅向陳姓司機飆罵三字經，揮拳毆打，將司機的眼鏡打碎，導致其臉部因此挫傷，還出去將陳姓司機的計程車車門踹凹。

龜臉被警方帶回警局後，酒測值達每公升0.9毫克，且在警局時也不斷出言大聲怒罵，甚至作勢要毆打警員，最後被警方銬上手銬。雖然陳姓司機暫時保留法律追訴權，並未提告，但龜臉仍被警方依妨害公務罪送辦。

據悉，去(2012)年龜臉也曾被周刊直擊，在夜店摸辣妹臀部遭保全轟出夜店，最後遭到經紀人下禁足令，不料此次竟又酒後失態。
