中央銀行拋出可能升息的風向球，未來可能造成企業營運成本上升，鴻海已提前補充糧彈，鴻海本周已對券商發出標單，預計發行3年期無擔保公司債69.5億元，訂10月1日決標。

另外，鴻海今年5月董事會通過發行總額120億元為限的無擔保普通公司債，目前還未動用。

台積電指出，目前發出去的公司債，利息都是固定，如果沒有再發行，升息也沒有影響。未來若有募資需求，會評估當時狀況再決定。

日月光近期才剛發行海外可轉換公司債（ECB），並辦理現金增資，共取得150多億元資金。日月光強調，升息的趨勢，在公司預期之內。
