年中剛換新工作 但是從設備換設備而已 進了新公司 聽同事講才知 雖然不太用加班但是事情很多人力編制又不足 但也沒打算再補人 找不到代理人特休沒得丟 年度結算只能換錢 而真的有來加班又不能報加班費 只能報補休 常常晚下班也沒報 當初是看在有加薪 有季獎金 前景不錯有在賺錢 才跳槽來 而前公司 加班給2倍加班費 要請假找對班的來加班 交接完沒事就走人了 加班有錢 請假好請 下班準時 但是公司持續虧錢前景不明 我希望是在兩個中間取平衡 我可以配合日夜輪班 加班上限100小時/月 正常交接時間1小時內不會拖台錢 可以報加班費 可以跟同事橋假丟特休 不知道以上這些條件 矽品 和 日月光 有可能嗎 並沒有限制什麼產業 謝謝。 -- 大發明家 漢默丁格 Heimerdinger the Revered Inventor 小心，科學日新月異！ "Science is on the march.
