經過漫長的一年的偵訊，終於是我收到不起訴通知 還我一個清白。 筆電也跟對方要回來了，有給他2000元的「檢修費」 就當學一個乖吧，本來就不應該送去來路不明的私人檢修站 還被當被告在玩… 法規的話，只能說，除非你真的準備的很充分，不然原則上電子類 也只會被當成一般消費紛爭，受害者又只有一二個的話， 消保官無法有實質執行效力可以幫你， 你要上法院也幾乎不可能會成立罪名， 只會浪費你的時間，然後得到一份不起訴通知 當然，如果你有送修前就把情形全錄影，送修過程也錄影錄音的話 這麼有準備就另當別論了… 但律師有說過一個很重要的點，就是電子儀器的毀壞不可測 所以他就算把你搞壞了，如果查不出來，他說放著就壞了，你也拿他沒法的! 最後，老話一句，要嘛就送原廠，要嘛就請「熟人」幫忙吧! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.195.187.19
