國民黨：立院工作報告皆為書面

媒體報導「國民黨全代會將由政策會執行長林鴻池取代立法院長王金平報告立法院工作」。國民黨文傳會副主委殷瑋澄清並非事實，他說，最近3次全代會中，立法院工作報告都採書面方式，未安排立法院從政同志上台報告，並無媒體所稱由誰代替報告的問題。

殷瑋說，從98年10月的「第18次全國代表大會」、99年8月的「第18次全國代表大會臨時會議」，到100年7月的「第18次全國代表大會第二次會議」，立法院工作報告均是以書面方式進行。
