男子疑販售偽藥 導致被害人洗腎

戶籍設在新北市的58歲男子蔡介明，涉嫌自製偽藥，再以高價賣給病人牟利。嘉義縣六腳鄉患有肝病的蘇姓男子，今年初透過友人先後共花了25萬元，向他購買偽藥服用，不僅病情未好轉，還在1個月前洗腎，家人覺得可疑，今天下午1點40分許，佯稱要向他買藥，設法將他引誘到朴子市，再向朴子警分局報案將他逮捕，扣查20多種不明的藥丸、膠囊及藥粉，除將送藥物食品管理署檢驗，也依違反藥事法移送偵辦。
