標題[請問] 露天拍賣支付連退費

這幾天在露天拍賣購買商品 因寄送地址寫錯，故和賣家協議取消交易 並辦理支付連退費 但今天系統顯示因對方支付連帳戶餘額不足 請與對方聯繫退費 但支付連不是幫買家保管所繳費用，等交易成立賣家才能提取嗎? 為什麼對方帳戶會餘額不足? 我該直接給他帳戶請賣家退費嗎? 以上 感謝！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.26.139.73
