中正紀念堂偷情 判人妻賠50萬

【丁牧群／台北報導】陳姓人妻前年3月與一名男子，在中正紀念堂國家音樂廳地下室停車場，躲在車上脫光光偷情，被陳女丈夫吳男捉個正著，吳男氣得47天後腦中風，怒告妻子與情夫通姦並向妻子求償。

當時車上雖有保險套及衛生紙，但沒採到精液，檢方認定通姦證據不足，將兩人不起訴。民事部分，高等法院認定陳女與情夫在車上衣衫不整，顯有親暱行為，雖欠缺通姦具體事證，仍足以使丈夫精神飽受創傷及煎熬，今判決陳女須賠丈夫50萬元。可上訴。陳女與丈夫日前已離婚。
