我16歲，我這是包莖還是包皮過長?

我現在16歲，小時候並沒有翻洗包皮的習慣
我在沒勃起時龜頭完全沒露出，而且前端還多出一小段皮(這應該是包皮過長)
但可以用手將包皮向後推，龜頭就可以露出

可是勃起後，龜頭不只沒有露出，用手推只能推到一半
(就是推不到冠狀溝，它露不出來)
再繼續推會感到緊，有點痛
