呼麻的郭人豪封口７天，12日在臉書首度回應，表示正等待法律制裁，向大眾與家人致歉，「小邁，爸爸錯了，相信爸爸，爸爸一定會改過，希望你能給爸爸一個機會，當你心中那顆（棵）永遠的大樹。」他也反擊岳父與妻子Nina，「對於你們的批評和指教，我也收到了，相信所有事情，法律也都會有個『理』字。」郭經紀人表示，不想變成連續劇，所以退了５通告，相關謠言與放話請回歸到法律層面上，由法官判定。Nina昨沒回應。
