尋無鴿主勒索　擄11鴿賣550元被判12月

【蔡進男／基隆報導】1名鍾姓慣竊今年7月中旬，在七堵山區他人架設的鴿網上偷走11隻「中網」的賽鴿，因賽鴿腳環上沒有鴿主聯絡電話，無法向鴿主敲竹槓，於是以每隻50元價格賣給不知名的外勞食用。

鍾男食髓知味，7月底時持鋸子鋸除樹木、芒草，讓鴿網前方更為空曠，導致19隻賽鴿陸續被網子纏住，鍾男下山時被埋伏的警方當場逮捕。全案審結，法官判處5月刑期，易科罰金15萬元。另因鍾男持鋸子犯案，法官認定是攜帶兇器竊盜罪，處7月有期徒刑，刑期共計12個月，全案仍可上訴。
