婦人違法僱用外勞　檢認未觸法不起訴

【蔡進男／基隆報導】基隆市1名李姓婦人日前透過仲介公司，僱用1 名已受僱他人的菲籍女子從事看護工作，遭該名外勞向警方舉發，李婦被依就業服務法移送基隆地檢署偵辦。

檢方調查，李女因5年內並無違反就業服務法紀錄，尚未觸犯「5年內再違反者」規定，不構成刑責，只需處以罰款，因此予以不起訴處分。
