裸體抗議被辦 帶全家到案嗆警

〔自由時報記者姜翔／台北報導〕上月的「萬人送仲丘」白衫軍散場後，60歲男子周明文爬上立法院門柱，裸體小便表達不滿，被警方依妨害風化罪嫌偵辦，昨傳他到案說明，結果他帶著8旬老母、一家老小開車到分局前，用擴音器叫囂，被依妨害公務罪嫌當場逮捕。

周明文被移送時高喊「救命啊！殺人放火都是政府在做的」、「台灣人團結一點」，表達對政府的不滿。在警局內，周家人與警方發生齟齬，妻子表示，先生行為雖不對，但希望政府正視背後的民怨。

昨天下午1點半，周明文開車至中正一分局門口，他的車頂有「抗賄選偵防車」壓克力板，前擋風玻璃也標示「執行公務中」，並用廣播在分局門口叫囂。警方上前制止發生衝突，一名女警腹部遭飛踢，周的母親臉部也被揮中。偵訊時，周明文咆哮責怪警方撕破他上衣，並說「叫副所長把槍拿來開，才會升官」，周母在一旁安撫情緒，警訊後將周明文移送法辦。
