批《自由》抹黑 羅智強要求道歉否則提告

【晏明強／台北報導】今天《自由時報》「臨別搞新聞，壓縮王版面」的報導指稱，「羅（智強）還曾感嘆，老闆卸任後，他就無路可走了！」昨宣布請辭獲准的總統副秘書長羅智強上午在臉書上貼文表示，不要把不實報導當成媒體特權，請自由時報立即道歉，否則他將為自己的名譽採取法律行動。

羅智強表示，從未向任何人「感嘆」過，「老闆卸任後，他就無路可走！」《自由時報》既點他的名栽贓抹黑，請負責任的提出證據，說明他「何日、何時、何地、向何人」說過這句話。他說，作為媒體，《自由時報》要做什麼樣的「政治評論」來醜化他，即便不接受、不認同，但尊重媒體的主觀評論，但主觀評論必須基於客觀事實，為了醜化他，不惜將他從沒說過的話，塞到他的嘴裡，不但傷及他的名譽，《自由時報》也自傷媒體公信。
