詐騙大陸人拜土地公保佑

彰化縣警局今天查獲35歲江程詠詐騙集團，他們在台中公寓內設立電信機房，假冒大陸公安、檢察官、醫保局人員，詐騙數百名大陸地區民眾，一年來詐騙金額超過台幣4億元。

警方調查，集團成員都是20至40歲，其中不少因失業加入詐騙集團，或染毒癮，為賺購毒費用加入。彰化縣警局刑事警察大隊偵四隊5月接獲情資，連月追查，查出主嫌帶酒店小姐在台中市某汽車旅館，警方將他逮捕後，再到隱身在台中市某公寓內的電信機房，逮捕江程詠為首等17人。機房內還拜有土地公，江嫌說，祈求詐騙順利，並希望土地公能保平安。
