野柳隧道北口坍方 9月底前搶通

新北市萬里區舊台2線野柳隧道北口上月30日因連日大雨土石嚴重坍方，新北市養工處9月2日起動工清除路面和70公尺高邊坡上的巨大落石，因大批土方清運費時，養工處今天表示，預計9月底前搶通，開放單線雙向通車。

新北市養工處表示，原本評估清理路面上的落石後，就可開放單線雙向通行，但會勘時發現還有8到10塊巨石，卡在距路面70公尺高的邊坡上，隨時可能崩落。

經研議後養工處決定將巨石擊碎，部分當場壓實，部分運下邊坡，本月2日動工，先花費5天從野柳隧道南口旁開挖施工便道，並在巨石周邊整理出平坦空間方便施工，才展開碎石作業，

今天工程人員已陸續巨石擊破，但碎石後產生約7000立方公尺的土方，清運費時，預估還需20個工作天才能清除完畢，養工處表示，將會加緊趕工，9月底前就可先開放單線雙向通車，方便民眾往來交通，後續還將施工加裝防護網，降低落石危害。
