台中護老樹不蓋大樓 興益發臨開記者會

興益發建設是興富發建設董事長鄭欽天私人持股的建設公司，原擬在台中市區一株千年茄苳樹旁，興建28層大樓，附近居民發起柔性護樹運動，是得興益發決定以樹為重不建樓，退回300多戶、3億多元的訂金。

興益發與台中市府協商，將採「以地易地」或「容積轉移」等方式，將建地變成老樹公園。興益發建設下午臨時召開記者會，將對外說明。
