在職場上已無縫工作了七八年，這是我第二份工作。 但這件事還是我第一次碰到... 已爬文，薪水板上也沒人遇到如此遭遇。 今年年初收到人事發的一封公文，為佈達2013年行事曆。 公文部份一字不漏照錄如下：(底下有附圖，如果懶的看可只這兩條重點) *勞基法第37條應放假之紀念日天數以年度總工時及輪班排休方式調整之。 *為使總時數趨近勞基法規定，另安排11月23日(六)及12月21日(六)補班。 敝公司每逢紅字休假，彈性休假後也必補上班。 就算是員工旅遊佔用到一天平日上班時間，也是必補上班。 誰也不虧欠誰阿! 身為一個非業務人員，不需輪班，每天工作八小時up，沒加班費，週休二日。 颱風天我也來上班了，不然算無薪。 我實在想不出來我哪裡還需要補兩天班? 用google大神查詢勞基法總工時，也只有規定： 勞工每日正常工作時間不得超過八小時，每二週工作總時數不得超過八十四小時。 總時數不夠到底從哪裡算出來的搞的我好亂阿，不會我每兩週不夠的都得補吧? 這是什麼巫術? 這樣可以去投訴嗎? 還是這樣可以算加班呢? 敝司公文擷取圖：(除公司抬頭及執行長蓋章外，都擷取了) http://ppt.cc/3dIq 煩請板上懂勞基法的為我解惑了，大大感謝。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 59.125.161.50
