【李定宇╱新北報導】台北市中小學家長會設有自治條例，依法有權參與教育事務，但新北市家長無自治條例，僅由各校家長成立家長會，新北市家長自救聯盟昨在新北市議會召開記者會，呼籲《新北家長自治條例》盡快上路，眾人疾聲宣誓：「保護學生受教權！提升新北教育品質！」
