請問電腦系統回溯後是否可以再回復到現在時間狀態

因為公務上有很重要的電腦資料不小心被移除了！！
資料也不存在垃圾桶裡了...

方案一：使用系統回溯（win7家用版）回溯到移除前的時間 ; 但是現階段電腦裡又已經多了很多公務上新的文件存在...因此想詢問看看是否有可能回溯過後的系統 , 有辦法再從過去的時間點回到現階段的時間嗎？
ex：檔案移除日是102/8/2 現階段102/9/9
102/9/9回溯→102/8/2擷取檔案後 , 回復系統→ 102/9/9 恢復　... 有可能嗎？？

方案二：還是有其他更多更簡便或實用的方式可以搶救我的檔案的方式 , 還請各位大大賜教！！謝謝　XD"
