【連欣儀／綜合外電報導】據《華爾街日報》（Wall Street Journal）報導，英國財政大臣歐斯本（George Osborne）表示，英國經濟正處於「轉捩點」，即正慢慢走出衰退陰霾、展現回春跡象，證明政府大力推行撙節措施有利於經濟復甦。
